Face to face 6 week training term of 1 group session a week aimed specifically at developing technique, strength, conditioning. mobility & efficiency of the kettlebell long cycle (kettlebell clean and jerk). All sessions will include individualised technique coaching and a kettlebell workout with the aim to move all participants towards being able to complete the kettlebell long cycle proficiently and provide a great well rounded strength, fitness & mobility workout. Sessions will be limited to 8 people to ensure personalised coaching.
